INTRODUCE
About VC-100
The VC-100 is a powerful all-in-one video processor that accepts a wide range of video input signals, and processes them to drive full color LED wall, SD/HD SDI monitor, DVI and VGA dispaly. The VC-100 allows you to scale visual sources and mix them in multiple ways while still maintaining superb picture quality.
VC-100 is the ideal solution for converting RGB, HDTV, component, S-video, composite (NTSC, PAL and SECAM), SDI, DVI, and HDSDI in between, and it is idea for use with color LED walls too.
VC-100 has an advanced feature set that includes universal inputs, aspect ratio conversion, memory presets, test patterns, source lock, picture adjustments, motion adaptive de-interlacing, and 3:2 and 2:2 pulldown detection.

Features
The VC-100 utilizes the proprietary ＶＸＰ scaler, for high performance image processing. The following features are provided:
• Six universal inputs accept:
~ RGBHV/RGBS/RGsB computer video；
~ Component video (STD or HDTV)；
~ S-Video；
~ Composite ；
~ SD SDI/HD SDI；
~ DVI-I；
• VGA，DVI and SD/HD-SDI output connector
• Input video detection and auto-acquisition. VC-100 will auto detect and match input video to stored formats or user configurations.
• Aspect ratio conversion and adjustments.
• Freeze, pan and zoom.
• 10-Bit processing, plus motion adaptive and field-to-frame de-interlacing modes.
• 3:2 pulldown detection for NTSC, 2:2 film detection for PAL video sources
• Decodes NTSC, PAL, and SECAM.
• RS232 connector for remote control.
• Vertical lock (lock to source) eliminates image tears and other artifacts in scaled motion video by eliminating frame rate conversion.
• 60 independent input configuration memory presets.
• Low video delay (3 input fields max., 20 lines min.).
Chapter I Interface & Control
VC-100 offer two control options to operator, front panel(Control Panel), and RS232 software running on PC. CP is introduced here for operator reference, for software, please contact our service engineer for more detail.
Control Panel
There are four buttons and one rotary knob in the front panel for operator, and LCD module display menu for message.
INPUT: use to set input source;
OUTPUT: Push to set output format;
MENU: Push to go into main menu and brower;
ESC: Puch to escape from sub menu and go back last menu;
Rotary Knob: Three keys inside, turn left to add, turn right to subtract and central to check;
Back Panel
There are three parts connectors, CONTROL interface, Input interface and output interface; The connectors from left to right is following.
Control Interface:
Firmware DB9 connector, which is used for core processor;
Software DB9 connector, which is used for embedded processor;
Input Interface:
Reference BNC, used to lock to reference input;
Composite BNC, used to input composite signal PAL, NTSC, SECAM;
S-Video DIN 4, used to input S-VIDEO signal PAL, NTSC, SECAM;
SDI BNC, used to support SD/HD SDI input, up to 1080p30;
DVI-I, used to support DVI input up to 1600*1200*60Hz;
R/Pr G/Y B/Pb BNC, used to support SD/HD progressive input, up to 720p60;
DB-15, used to support Analog RGB input up to 1600*1200*60Hz;
Output Interface
DVI-I, output DVI up to 1600*1200*60Hz;
DB-15, output analog RGB up to 2048*1536*60;
SDI, output up to 1080p30;

Chapter II Menu
Control panel is the basic control available for the operator, it is a user friendly interface with button and LCD module.
When VC-100 is power up and go into operation, it will display last setting menu first, operator could push Menu button to main menu and start customization.
